We only got chance sawn our curve on the next morning....because too many people need the help from the workshop staff.....the workshop will closed at 5pm ,the staff no dare let us use the machine to sawn the polypipe by our self ,because they don't want repeat the same tragedy at last year,who a student careless cut off his 's 3 finger when using the machine.....

mark the curve clearly....let the staff can easily cut out the curve without mistake.....

thanks to the workshop staff who are willing help us cut out the curve.......

after cut out the curve, next step began.....i most hate and feel unwell when doing this part job.....that is : warm up the polypipe.....we need warm up the polypipe on the fire ,to make the polypipe softly ,until can adjust the pipe in straight shape.....

the smell while the pipe over warm up really make us feel unwelll.....and our act just like's some people who are busy drug.......

when the pipe are warm up till softly,it need adjust the shape immediately.....before the polypipe turn cold.....we use 2 wood slab and using the ''G''shape steel on the table to fixed out the shape......thanks ShuHui who are willing give us some help......

after that ,mark the screw point....

screw the polypipe with the help of workshop staff....

finish making our polypipe connector......

by using the wood hammer ,we fit the bamboo to the pipe connector.......some of the bamboo are not so easy fit with the pipe connector, maybe too loose ,need insert some thinness bamboo skin to make it tight and fit with the pipe connector.....

Finally...........................after so many effort ,we did it!!!!!!!!

we finish our bamboo with the polypipe joints connector!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
